One year ago I launched In the Name of Charity (ITNOC) as a direct result of COVID-19 and the increased stress and financial strain I witnessed the nonprofit sector faced. As a nonprofit professional with more than 25 years of experience, I renewed my commitment to nonprofits by helping them recover and rebuild. Today, I am proud to serve our nonprofit community by offering nonprofit and donor consultation services and documents and templates for nonprofits to use to conduct business with greater ease. Recently I uploaded two new documents, a Business Plan Template and Branding Guide/Template, that new nonprofits can use to jump start operations.
In The Name of Charity has provided many resources in the form of articles, blogs and documents to assist me in the management of my organization. We are a small non-profit, but like all of us, we have big needs. We all deal with employee oversight and complications, Board Member management, and annual budgeting and reporting. Her forms and documents have provided me with a path to follow to put structure to the management of the organization. In addition, Laurie has provided valuable and proven techniques to use for fundraising, donor management, and marketing. It’s good to know there is a resource out there to go to when needed. Laurie provides it all and with a smile!
